Overview
Bocca is a curated gastronomic gifting experience designed to celebrate food, craft, and storytelling. The project brings together physical products and digital touchpoints to create a sensorial journey that begins before the box is opened and continues beyond the moment of gifting.
The challenge was to design a brand and digital experience that feels premium yet approachable, transforming a simple gift into a meaningful, memorable ritual.

Design Focus
The project focused on designing for depth over novelty, guided by three core principles.
Intimacy through design
Every element, from tone of voice to interaction pacing, reinforces closeness and attention.
Ritual instead of routine
The experience encourages slowing down, transforming consumption into a shared moment.
Branding & Visual Identity
I wanted the identity to feel understated, warm, and tactile, balancing premium aesthetics with a sense of intimacy and authenticity.
Inspired by editorial layouts, natural textures, and slow dining experiences, I developed a visual system that combined refined typography, earthy tones, and minimal compositions to create a calm and sensorial atmosphere across both digital and physical touchpoints.




Packaging Design
Packaging plays a key role in the Bocca experience.
The design needed to feel premium, warm and personal, and visually distinctive. Natural textures, earthy colors, and simple typography were used to create a brand identity that feels authentic and timeless.



Digital Experience
Rather than designing a traditional e-commerce platform, I approached the website as an extension of the brand experience itself.
Narrative-driven layouts, soft transitions, and immersive visuals helped build anticipation before purchase. The goal was to make discovery feel intentional and atmospheric while keeping the shopping experience simple and frictionless.



Impact
Bocca demonstrates how thoughtful design can elevate everyday experiences.
The project explores how branding, product design, and storytelling can work together to transform a simple gift into a meaningful shared moment.

Reflection
Bocca allowed me to explore how design can shape not only digital interactions, but emotional experiences. Beyond creating a brand or website, I focused on designing anticipation, atmosphere, and connection across both physical and digital touchpoints.
The project reinforced the importance of storytelling, sensory design, and intentional pacing in creating experiences people emotionally remember.
